General Shipping

I just placed an order. What's next?

Wheel orders will enter manufacturing within a couple of days. Wheels will ship out within 4-5 weeks.
Accessory parts/Merch orders will ship out within 48 business hours. In the event a product is out of stock, you will receive a follow-up email with back order status notifying you of the delay and the estimated time until it will leave our facility.

PO & APO Boxes:
We are unable to fulfill orders going to a PO or APO Box. You will need to supply an alternative address.

International Shipping:
Message us for international shipping quotes. Note: international shipping rates are open to adjustments once the order is received.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Wheel Orders:
- Most orders end with UPS Ground. These are the estimated shipping times:
  - Sea Freight: 4-6 weeks(there is a period of time with no shipping updates while the shipment is on the water)
  - Air Freight: 1-2 weeks
Accessory Parts/Merch:
- Most orders(unless otherwise noted) ship UPS Ground. These are the estimated shipping times for UPS Ground:
  - East Coast: 2-3 business days
  - Midwest: 3-4 business days
  - Southwest: 4-5 business days
  - West Coast: 4-7 business days
